* All designs are available on a prepaid basis. The prepayment is 50-70% depending on the design. The final payment is made upon receipt of the structure and signing of the acceptance certificate.
What is the production time?
- Standard production
7-15 working days from the date of payment and approval of all technical details of the order. Depending on the complexity of the design, the timeframe may be further negotiated. If there are any difficulties during the manufacture of the structure, its delivery or installation, glass parts or components are damaged, etc., the company's representative will notify the customer and agree on the nearest timeframe on an individual basis. - Express production
The payment is 25-35% higher than the standard order price, but not all structures can be manufactured under the expedited procedure.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is on average 1-5 business days.
How to track a parcel?
After sending your order, you will receive a message with the EIN from the carrier or our manager. Enter your EIN on the carrier's page and click "Track":

When the shipment is delivered, you will receive an SMS or Viber notification.
Important!
All goods are inspected and insured for their full value before shipment. When you receive the goods, you must check them for any damage and, if there is any, file a claim with the delivery service directly on the spot. Remember that the delivery service will only compensate for the damage that was caused to the goods through its fault. By signing the acceptance form upon receipt, you agree that the goods have been delivered in full and of good quality. Claims will not be accepted if damage is detected after receipt.
