Glass warranty for 20 years

Like any other material, glass is subject to environmental influences: temperature, moisture and chemicals contained in cleaning agents. In this regard, over time, small defects, microcracks, etc. may form on the glass, which leads to its clouding and changes in light transmission and other basic properties. This is a long, natural process of material aging. The glass we use in our designs is produced by reliable suppliers from Europe, such as: Pilkington, Saint Gobain, AGC. This glass is of the highest quality and its service life is much longer than that of similar companies, so we are not afraid to give such a long warranty.

2 years warranty on fittings

Our suppliers provide a standard 2-year warranty for the fittings. This warranty is only valid if the fittings are used for their intended purpose. If the conditions of use are not complied with, the warranty does not apply to such fittings.

Installation warranty for 1 year

Our specialists have extensive experience and have already installed many structures of varying complexity. However, during operation, some mechanisms may need to be adjusted and set up. Within a year of the installation of the structure, we are ready to eliminate these difficulties.

Terms of return

Custom-made glass structures are covered by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" on the manufacture of customised products.
The law does not provide for the exchange and return of goods of good quality.
Our company is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" in matters of returning and exchanging goods of good quality.
In accordance with Article 13, Section 5, Paragraph 3 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", due to the fact that we manufacture products individually specifically to your order, they are NOT subject to exchange or return.
In accordance with the List of Goods of Good Quality Not Subject to Exchange (Return) approved by the Cabinet of Ministers (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994), goods of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged include materials and glass that are cut or cut to the size specified by the buyer (customer). In our products, we cut glass and profiles according to your order.

Maintenance and service

Even if the warranty period has expired, you can always contact us with any questions, and our specialists will help you replace worn-out mechanisms and parts or replace damaged/broken glass. We always take care of you!
